Zubereitung

Vogerlsalat, Kirschtomaten, Kresse und Radieschen waschen

Gurke längs halbieren. Gurke und Radieschen in dünne Scheiben schneiden. Kirschtomaten würfeln.

2 EL Zitronensaft mit 4 EL Olivenöl vermengen. Salz und Pfeffer hinzufügen. Tomatenwürfel und geschnittene Dille hinzufügen.

Dille und Radieschen, Vogerlsalat und Kresse auf 2 Teller aufteilen. 2 Scheiben Caprice des Dieux in der Mitte arrangieren. Etwas Essig darüber gießen.

Geröstete Pinienkerne darüber streuen. Getoastete Weißbrotscheiben mit etwas Knoblauch bestreichen und anrichten.
