Frisée putzen, zerpflücken, waschen, gut abtropfen lassen. Je 3 Scheiben Fol Epi in ein Tartelette legen, einige Blätter Frisée darauf geben.

Joghurt glattrühren. Gurke waschen und in feine Streifen schneiden. Knoblauch schälen und durch die Knoblauchpresse drücken. Beides zum Joghurt geben, mischen, mit Salz, Pfeffer und Dill abschmecken.

Je einen Klecks Gurkenjoghurt auf den Salat setzen und mit dem roten Pfeffer bestreuen.
